Lovely hotel, lovely hotel throughout. Our room was great and better than the pictures lead you to believe.
Staff were super friendly and helpful.
Location is great, as the main square is 1 minutes walk away.
Breakfast had a variety of food and plenty of space and food. Again staff were helpful and you can order freshly made foods in addition to the buffet.

I travel extensively and this must be the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The furnishing and decor are modern, clean and faultless. The room is very comfortable and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. This hotel is ideally located for tourist attractions with the Old Town square within a 3 minute walk. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Krakow.
